Cabbage and Mushroom Stir Fry

4 oz Savoy or York Cabbage,

1 tsbs chopped onion,

1 clove garlic (crushed),

4 oz mixed mushrooms, i.e. button / shitake / griolles,

1 oz butter

Cut cabbage into thin strips. Cook in boiling salted water to blanch off. Refresh under cold water. Heat wok. Add butter, onion and garlic and mushrooms. Cook for 1 minute. Add cabbage. Season with salt and pepper.
