How easy is it for a dairy farm to switch to LPG for instant hot water?

Switching to Flogas LPG for your instant hot water is a simple and hassle-free process.

How easy is it for a dairy farm to switch to LPG for instant hot water?

We understand that dairy farms are very busy, which is why switching to Flogas for your hot water solution is easy, with a hassle-free changeover process that will not interrupt the day to day activities on your dairy farm.

The installation was very straightforward and there were no interruptions at all.” David Sheehy, Co. Cork

We often get asked how easy it is to switch LPG supply to Flogas. To make life easier, we’ve outlined the straightforward process below:

  1. Request a free, no obligation farm visit from your local Flogas sales representative. They will arrange a suitable time and date to visit your farm, discuss the options available to you as well as estimate the volume of water that you will require and conduct any risk assessments. What’s more, we’ll also analyse your existing energy costs and outline the savings and benefits that you will enjoy by converting to Flogas LPG.
  2. Following a visit from a Flogas sales representative and Flogas RGI registered installer, you will receive a quote for switching to Flogas LPG.
  3. Once you have agreed to switch, Flogas will organise the delivery and installation of the LPG bulk tank and gas delivery. Once delivered, an RGI registered installer will complete the pipework, installation and connect the heater to the LPG supply in order to get you up and running.

It really is as simple as 1, 2, 3.

“Completed in less than a day without causing any disruption to the farm.” Oliver Cunningham, Co. Limerick

Once connected, your instant hot water system will be ready immediately for the cleaning of milk lines or heating up milk for calves. Flogas LPG instant hot water heaters will provide you with up to 12 litres of hot water at 84°C per minute, meaning you have an on demand supply and don’t have to worry about running out of hot water.
