Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: 3rd July 2025.

Flogas is committed to making our website and services accessible, in accordance with European Accessibility Act, Directive (EU) 2019/882. This accessibility statement covers content published on flogasni.com.

Accessibility Status

The website mentioned above is partially compliant with both WCAG A & AA standards and with the aforementioned European Accessibility Act. Certain exemptions apply and are detailed in the ‘Exemptions’ section below. We continue to improve our website, and these improvements are outlined in the ‘Non Accessible Content’ section below.

Exemptions

The following types of content are exempt from the European Accessibility Act guidelines:
  • Pre-recorded media (pre-recorded videos) published before 28th June, 2025.
  • Office files (PDFs and Word documents) published before 28th June, 2025.
  • Third party content not created, controlled or funded by Flogas, such as linked videos, Google maps, external documents etc.

Accessible Content

We have made improvements across the website to make it more accessible for as many users as possible. Due to these upgrades, users can now:
  • Zoom in up to 400% without content spilling offscreen
  • Change contrast levels and use colour change filters for visual impairment and still easily view all content
  • Navigate most of the website using keyboard or speech recognition software
  • Listen to most of the website using screen reader or other assistive technology
  • Access some customer critical documents (such as PDFs and Word Documents) that were published before 28th June 2025
  • Some documents on this website may be published in the Portable Document Format (PDF) format, which requires users to download and install the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software.

Non-accessible content

  • We are aware of some non-accessible content on our site, which may be due to the aforementioned exemptions, or content that has yet to be improved.
  • All Office files (eg PDFs or Word Documents) may not yet be fully readable at this time.
  • Certain images may not have alt tags applied where it is not necessary or the image is not prominent.
  • Embedded videos which were published before 28th June 2025, whether fromFlogasor a third party entity. These videos do not have audio description tracks or alternatives in place.
  • We may use Google maps to display locations. Where possible we have provided alternative ways to access this content.

Ongoing

We have put in place new processes to work towards compliance and ultimately maintain a higher level of accessibility by ensuring any future development and content creation has accessibility front and centre and by design.
