Calling all foodies, the annual Omagh Food Festival is back on Sat 28 and Sun 29 June and Flogas is once again delighted to be one of its principal sponsors. Organised by the Ulster Herald, the festival will be held in the heart of the town and the space will be transformed into foodie heaven where food and drink producers, street vendors and suppliers will showcase the best the area has to offer. There’ll be music, facepainting and cupcake decoration to keep the kids happy as well.
Radio Ulster chef Paula McIntyre will lead the live Flogas cooking demo stage and will be joined by local chefs and food producers throughout the weekend. This year, the organisers have added a cocktail-making demo to the live stage, with folks from a local distillery creating some delicious drinks.

Local bars and restaurants in the town will be keeping the party atmosphere going, hosting a range of exciting bands, musical performances and festival-themed menus.
Paul Ruegg, senior marketing executive for Flogas said, “As thousands of homes and businesses throughout Ireland use both LPG and Natural Gas for cooking, catering and heating, we are excited to be championing local produce and food from Omagh and the surrounding area over the course of this always fun-filled weekend.”
