History of Flogas
The evolution of energy services.
Flogas Limited was incorporated in September 1977 and commenced trading in August 1978. The company was founded by Tom Cleary, Patrick Mercer, Eugene Quigley, and John Sheehan, who brought extensive experience in the LPG industry in Ireland. They were joined by a number of private investors and DCC Limited as founding shareholders.
Over the following decades, Flogas grew from a local LPG supplier into one of Ireland's leading energy providers, expanding its operations across Ireland and Great Britain while continuously diversifying its product offering.
