To continue to attract, develop and retain great people, we need to understand how our people feel about working in Flogas Ireland today and how we can improve their experiences within our business.

We run an Employee Engagement Survey each year, giving our colleagues an opportunity to provide feedback! 

The survey measures the company's engagement, as well as demographics such as Division, Business Unit, Location, Department, Gender, Age and Tenure. 

We are proud to have an overall Engagement score of 81% and are continually striving to improve.
