We know that everyone’s circumstances are different — and sometimes, a little extra help can make a big difference. That’s why we have a dedicated team here to support our vulnerable customers and make sure they get the care and understanding they deserve.
If you think you might need a bit of additional support — whether it’s due to health, age, disability, or personal situation — we’d love to help. You can join our Vulnerable Service Register, which allows us to tailor our service to your needs and offer help when it matters most.
Update Your Details
You can update your details via our website medical register in our webpage, please click on the following link or register through via the priority services register link. The PSR - The Priority Services Register (PSR) is a free UK-wide service which provides extra advice and support, including when there’s an interruption to your electricity or gas supply - PSR
When you register, please let us know why you might need that little bit of extra support so we can make sure we’re offering the right kind of help for you.
